Robin Coleman, RN-MPH has 15 years of experience as a registered nurse, health equity advocate, mentor, and strategic partner with various organizations. Her expertise in Health Promotion Education and Behavior, training in Six Sigma Lean methodology, and certification as a Diversity Professional is a strong foundation for her ability to plan, implement, and evaluate programs and develop data driven solutions. Robin leverages her lived experience growing up in inner-city Indianapolis to empower professionals and organizations with thought provoking insight, challenging them to deep reflection. Her comprehensive approach is pivotal to transforming individuals and corporate culture and igniting innovation in problem solving. Robin is also the Founder and Executive Director of the Sekhem Institute for Holistic Healing, Inc, a nonprofit using holistic interventions to improve mental wellness in the African American community. She is the President Elect of the Indiana Public Health Association Board of Directors and is a member of the Black and African American Women's Council.

Dr. Omolola (Lola) Olatunde, a licensed pharmacist, has nearly a decade of experience in strategic planning, project administration, and program evaluation, Dr. Olatunde has committed her career to enhancing organizational effectiveness and optimizing community health outcomes. She brings extensive expertise as the Director of Community Engagement and Evaluation at the Purdue University Center for Health Excellence, Quality, and Innovation, and as a Professor in the College of Pharmacy, where she leads interdisciplinary teams in impactful research and policy development.

Dr. Darleesa Doss, a Certified Health Education Specialist, brings over ten years of professional experience in the field of public health. Her expertise includes program development and implementation, community outreach, and health education. As Principal Investigator on multiple projects, Dr. Doss has conducted several research projects and developed community-based public health interventions. Dr. Doss continues to provide direct education while fostering collaborations with diverse public health professionals and organizations. The heart of Dr. Doss's work continues to be centered on improving and strengthening community health. This commitment remains evident in her service and leadership roles on several public health-focused committees at the local, state, and national levels.

Monica Johnson, MPA is an expert in program management with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion. She leads impactful initiatives across healthcare, education, and non-profits, emphasizing leadership development, curriculum development, community engagement, and qualitative data collection and analysis. Monica has developed and managed statewide programs for the Dept. of Child Services (DCS) including: leadership training, staff development training and conflict management, foster home licensure and corrective actions, service providers contract bids and complaints, and best practices for child welfare. She is trained in Six Sigma Lean Methodology and as a Diversity Executive through the Institute for Diversity Certification. Monica is also the Co-Founder of the International Women’s Empowerment Network, Inc.
